Deadline
Live or blank? Outlast the masked Dealer.
Deadline is a shotgun roulette duel at a felt table, against a Dealer in a porcelain mask. You know how many shells are live and how many are blank, but not the order. On your turn you shoot the Dealer or yourself, and a blank at yourself gives you another turn. Three items change the odds: the Observer shows the next shell, the Medkit heals a life and the Handcuffs skip the Dealer's turn. The Dealer knows only what is on the table, and the table shows the chance that the next shell is live. Four difficulties, offline, in English and Portuguese. Free, with one optional video for an extra life and one purchase that removes the ads.

What it does
Simple premise. Real value.
Shoot the Dealer or yourself
A blank at yourself keeps the turn, any other shot passes it. Both start each round with three lives.
Three items
Observer, Medkit and Handcuffs. Peeking and cuffing don't use your turn, so you can do both and still shoot.
A Dealer who plays fair
Every item is in plain sight, every fired shell is shown and the table gives the odds of the next one.
Four difficulties
Beginner, Normal and Hard, plus Insane, which only opens after you win a run on Hard.
The story behind it
The Problem
A game of hidden shells lives on trust. If the Dealer seems to know the order, every loss feels like the game cheated, and nobody plays a second run.
What I Built
A Flutter app with the rules in pure Dart and an injected random generator, so a run is its seed plus every command and can be replayed exactly. The Dealer's AI reads the same table the player sees, and the screen shows the odds of the next shell. Automated tests cover the rules, the replay, the ad policy and a balance simulation.
What I Learned
The first art, drawn by Python scripts in simple shapes, fell far short of the reference sheets. Painting each sprite with an image model against those sheets, one file per sprite, is what brought the Dealer and the table close to them.
